“January 5, 2010 To whom it may concern: I am the fortunate manager of Evan Sheline. Evan is an amazing person professionally and personally. Although I’ve only known Evan for two years, he has been working with our helpdesk at Trinity University since arriving four years ago. He is an integral part of our team which is comprised of fourteen students and four full time employees. Evan’s good nature and friendly, outgoing spirit immediately captured my attention and set a great example for our team. His job as first tier on the helpdesk allows his verbal skills and problem solving processes, enhance and project our positive attitude across our campus. As well as completing his job efficiently, Evan has the ability to converse with multiple stress levels and multiple attitudes towards successful resolutions. Evan is a wonderful team player. During our monthly meetings, Evan is very interactive, full of participation, and always motivating. Always in attendance and punctual, Evan has the ability to bring out the best in his teammates. He is very helpful in their thoughtful resolutions and his ability to bring forth a positive team spirit. Engineering Consultant
ConocoPhillips

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Evan Sheline in the Permian Development organization at ConocoPhillips. Evan joined our group for two months as an engineering consultant. During his time with us he worked on a wide variety of projects related to both engineering and geosciences. Evan exhibited an excellent work ethic. He completed tasks rapidly and accurately, and he was able to communicate well with other team members and prioritize a number of tasks. As part of his work assignments, Evan was required to learn several software programs including OFM, Wellview, Nitroview, SmartSection and others. He also gained exposure to the Openworks modules Seisworks and Stratworks. In each case Evan learned new software rapidly and was able to produce meaningful results in a remarkably short amount of time. Evan receives my highest recommendations. His organization skills, self-motivation and ability to learn rapidly will be assets to any organization.” January 5, 2010
